more examples, points?

Can you provide more examples of usage? I tried using it to render mvt tiles, and I get the error d3.xhr(...).responseType is not a function. I can't tell if it can't handle mvt tiles or if I'm using it wrong.

Is it possible to add labels? I want to label polygons. I can provide points for label placement, though a prior issue suggested you don't handle points at all. Is that true?
