readme.md 中，有说明在 register 函数中根据运行环境变量来注册服务；
但是，该服务没有使用 protected $defer = true; 进行延迟加载，导致即使不在 register 注册，服务也自动加载上去了；
也就是说生产环境也加载了这个没必要的服务。
我实际使用就是我描述的这个现象。
我使用的版本是0.6.0
