Manual installation instructions & English README.md

While I managed to install everything manually, I found it quite a hassle until I got everything running (more or less) without using Homestead.

At first, some might think that using Homestead is "simple", however, I think that at the same time there are many people interested using phphub5 in their existing environments.

Furthermore, I would also request a translated README.md, once the current docs/README has been updated and contains a guide for manual installation.

Besides that. Many of the template files contain inlined strings, which make it difficult to translate everything.
