I've added logging for when you are unable to download or upload an asset to s3 it will look like this
unable to download output/Alamofire.xcframework.zip with the following error Request ID: None Body: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>KQ76PVY9973DDW2C</RequestId><HostId>TOo3H3YC+CGdowKDJvbNsBggljHWEra2uf7TQ5xEOpiJqWmU10MAjrEGRGGbnKmjP2gtCwg+O6Q=</HostId></Error>
