Why: Is your feature request related to a problem?

It's now possible to add opposing and or minor rune links to any rune. Opposing runes is only for power runes, and minor runes is only for elemental runes.

What: Describe the solution you'd like

Hide the settings in the rune item sheets that don't apply to the selected runeType.
