What: Describe the bug

The journal entries do not have pages, and the actors in the bestiary do not have items.

How: To Reproduce

Open a system compendium journal or actor - it's missing descendant documents.

Environment - please paste the information from foundry settings tab "support" button:

Foundry v11

Additional context

Investigate is the problem is that the id of the descendant documents aren't unique.
