Why do we need to develop a new feature?
We will need to have the ability to use GPS data to locate the rover and provide it with accurate location data.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use existing ROS package SwiftNav to interface with the GPS hardware. SwiftNav is located here: http://wiki.ros.org/swiftnav_ros

Are there any ROS packages, libraries, or example code that you know of that might help solve the problem?
