Doesn't Have VT-X/AMD-v Enabled

Some of the Windows users had successfully installed Docker Toolbox on Windows, but finally failed to start their docker due to the error similar to:

Error in driver during machine creation: \
 This computer doesn't have VT-X/AMD-v enabled.\
 Enabling it in the BIOS is mandatory

You are supposed to enable your "Intel(R) Virtualization Technology".
