It would be useful to add litefs.yml config files into the LiteFS Docker image that can be easily used without having to configure it specifically. There can be different config files for different systems (e.g. VPS, Fly.io, GCR, etc). There could also be configurations or environment variable based settings for configuring things like the LiteFS proxy.
