Rundown starts playing when schedule is activated

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a rundown
2. Schedule for today 21:00:00
3. Activate schedule
4. Rundown starts playing, regardless of the scheduled day and time...

Expected behavior
Expect the rundown to start at the scheduled day and time.

I testet a bit more.
It seems when you chose weekly in the schedule, it fucks up.

The clock is 17:25 right now, and when weekely turns on, there is 24hr to playlist starts...

When daily and repeat every X day 7, it's okay

There seemed to be a bug in the calculation of the weekly repeating function. I've pushed a fix in the 0.11.2 version.
