Bug description
If you set Prime All Printing Extruders in Wipe Tower settings, you get an M1 after the first prime which is, apparently, a signal to a Prusa MMU to switch colors. If you don't use the MMU and have Octoprint, you get an rejected Gcode pause and have to manually intervene. This sounds like it was fixed in Prusa: prusa3d#5441
Expected behavior
Should not generate M1 gcode when switching filament if nothing else has told it to do so.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Slice a 2 or more color model on a multiextruder profile with Prime All Printing Extruders checked
Examine gcode and note M1 command
