For example:

a request to:

https://gts.superseriousbusiness.org/api/v1/accounts/016QFJQ7N18KTSM461HRPR4W8Y/statuses?limit=20&only_media=true

gives: 400 - couldn't parse public only query param

I'm pretty sure this used to work, so we broke it at some point. We should fix it and write a test for it to make sure we don't break it again.
