Bug: Storage tiering integration does not aware to user deletion

Describe the bug

Hey,
I connected and enabled storage tiering with AWS S3.
It works and migrates data.
I deleted the user I used to configure the integration, and there is no indication to that in Memphis.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable S3 integration
2. Enable seconds storage tier on some station
3. Delete the used IAM user
4. Storage tiering is not working anymore, but the user is not aware of that
