Maybe mark startTls as "do not use"?

I was going to ask you about startTls, and that I couldn't get it to work, but I just realized that it isn't in fact intended to work; you document this very clearly in the README, so I should have seen it, but a quick heads-up in the Haddocks would probably be useful.
