Requirements

1) For Windows 7 or higher

1.1) For end user only

• Install gstreamer 1.0 with all plungins
• If your machine has a Nvidia GPU cuda arch 30 is required, please install Cuda toolkit 10 + its driver
• Clone from public github : https://github.com/hipe or from ANEO internal dev https://gitlab.aneo.fr/hipe-group/hipe
• Need 15 GB during the installation. Please check the free disk space before any developer installation
• If you need to have a web server locally. Please install Xampp or ther with Mysql and Nodejs https://nodejs.org/dist/v10.15.1/node-v10.15.1-x64.msi

1.2) For developer :

• Install Visual studio 2017 with C++ binaries tools (community minimum).

• Git tools (gitExt, tortoiseGit, others)

  Link to git extensions

• Install Cmake 3.11 minimum

For quick usage. You should see the docker hub to download the container of HIPE for you specific machine. It's more convenient to take the container and to avoid to install several dependencies that you wouldn't install or to avoid conflict with your current configuration.
