New features and improvement

• BioStation 2a is supported.
• Support to select and update only the desired information when updating user information.
• Support for issuing visual face Access On Card.
• Support for setting IPConfig via UDP.
• Added procedure to the End User License Agreement.
  • The license agreement file("EULA.txt" file attached below) must be placed in the same path as the current working directory before running device_gateway.
  • Placing the license agreement file("EULA.txt") in the same path as the current working directory assumes that the end user agrees to use it.
