Telegram keeps banning my numbers despite the fact that increased the delays signficantly.

any work around to ensure the bot stays active for a long time without getting suspended

can you define "ban" and "suspended" ?? sometimes you can get a FloodWaitError -- and that is TG simply telling you you are sending too many mesages ..

but if you are getting actually banned, then that is most likely related to you sending identical messages multiple times .. this is why we added a "random thank you" at the end of every message, to avoid that ban .. maybe you modified the code to NOT include the "random thank you" ??

Found out though that shilling one group at a time reduces the risk of getting banned
