is this something that can be fixed easily? any workaround? if someone wanted to go about modifying the code themselves to allow this what would they have to do? (Im not a coder just curious..) any downside to having this capability? I feel this is the last thing stopping stochas from being the perfect polyphonic arp/sequencer,
if I could just trigger the sequencer and get midi out without being in the DAWs playback mode this seq would be perfect IMO.

Also is there any way to make legato notes continue playing the sequence with the following setup?
all note triggers mapped to start playback and transpose accordingly, all note off signals stop/release the sequence, but when you switch between notes even if they are legato it will stop the sequence and restart it, if these two things could be fixed this sequencer would have soo much more potential

Ideally this setup would sound different playing polyphony on the sequence vs just transposing but I can live with transposing if the sequence doesn't restart every time I change notes

Playback mode set to auto in stochas is a work around for this but that defeats the release function
