I had a quick look on Discord and see that someone has passed in a command using env variables this way. I wonder if that would work? (note: I know very little about Docker but giving it a try anyway since I can see the frustration)

I am on the verge of crying, no other way to put it...........
If in my
docker-compose.yml

And at this point I feel like I have tried everything, and every combinations, 2 $$, no $ no curlies, with curlies, no double quotes, with double quotes............. nothing works.
I even tried to use
