Is your feature request related to a problem?

When the server starts up, currently there is no obvious way of knowing whether root authentication is enabled or disabled.

Describe the solution

We should log whether root authentication is enabled or not when the server is started.

Alternative methods

Not applicable.

SurrealDB version

surreal 1.0.0-beta.2 for macos on aarch64
