Different plots should support legend according to AQI colors #13

Different countries have different standards for different AQI and corresponding colour schemes. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_quality_index

The goal is for all plots to provide this legend functionality for a country and pollutant. One could default to something suitable.
