简单地说，就是锁定安装时依赖包的版本号，保存在 git 中可以保证其他人在 npm install 的时候下载的依赖包版本号一致。这个文件是在 npm install 的时候生成一个文件用来记录当前状态下安装的各个依赖包的来源和版本号。
