Welcome to the Practical Considerations for Clinical Natural Language Processing wiki!
Our resources linked below were developed as a result of shared knowledge across many different NLP projects that leveraged electronic medical records data collected in free-text notes. They're designed to get you started on your next high impact clinical NLP project! In addition to guidelines to help you identify and appropriately frame NLP tasks for a variety of population health management and measurement applications, it provides a list of NLP community resources to get you going, including software, clinical notes and annotated linguistic corpora for English clinical text.
