My Django application crashed with the following error when running codocpy publish:

Could not run bootstrap (The model Organization is already registered with 'organizations.OrganizationAdmin'.)

This happens since codoc loads my admin.py file multiple times, which reruns this line:

admin.site.register(models.Organization, OrganizationAdmin)

Commenting these out fixes the issue for me; however, I'd like not to have to edit my files before running codoc each time :)
