Faults

There is a total of four OIDs that make up a 128 bit wide field, with each bit representing a particular fault. Each of the OIDs contains 32 bits. If no bits are set (i.e. the four OIDs return 0), no fault is present.

fault[0].flt Bits 0 to 31
fault[1].flt Bits 32 to 63
fault[2].flt Bits 64 to 95
fault[3].flt Bots 96 to 127

The table lists known faults, if the bit is set in the devices output then the fault is currently present:

0 TRAP occured
1 RTC can't be configured
2 RTC 1Hz signal timeout
3 Hardware Stop by 3.3V fault
4 Hardware Stop by PWM Logic
5 Hardware Stop by Uzk overvoltage
6 Uzk+ is above limit
7 Uzk- is above limit
8 Throttle phase L1 overcurrent
9 Throttle phase L2 overcurrent
10 Throttle phase L3 overcurrent
11 Buffer capacitor voltage
12 Quartz fault
13 Grid under-voltage phase 1
14 Grid under-voltage phase 2
15 Grid under-voltage phase 3
16 Battery overcurrent
17 Relais test failed
18 Board overtemperature
19 Core overtemperature
20 (Heat)Sink 1 overtemperature
21 (Heat)Sink 2 overtemperature
22 Error in I2C communication with Power Board
23 Power Board error
24 PWM output ports defective
25 Insulation to small or not plausible
26 I DC component max (1A)
27 I DC component max slow (47mA)
28 Possible defect in one of the DSD channels (current offset too large)
