If you run ilbmviewer --cycle SUB with the file https://telparia.com/fileFormatSamples/image/iffILBM/SUB2 it will segfault

Without color cycling, it loads ok, though it is cut off at the bottom. Adding --stretch lets you see more of the image, but it's still cut off a bit at the bottom.

It also segfaults on exit when color cycling is turned on with these files:
