Dark Mode is not maintained

I've noticed a few pages in the tutorial where the example output loses the dark mode setting and displays in light mode.

My default setting is Dark Mode,
I'm using Chrome 120.0.6099.217 on Windows 10.

When I open the page it displays in dark mode
Click "Solve" and the page/frame is updated still in dark mode with the delete icon not shown on the deault item in the list

Click on the delete icon and the item is removed from the list but the page/frame is displayed in light mode.
Click on the frame refresh icon and the page is refreshed in dark mode still showing the empty list

Add another entry and the page switches to light mode
Add and delete entries and the frame stays in light mode until the frame refresh button is pressed.
