Links in Exercise_00 Setup.md are dead

The links to the eclipse distributions are dead.
Can this tutorial be done with the most recent Xtext version, or is 2.12 required?

per se this should work with the latest greatest eclipse too but steps might differ in detail. you can find the oxygen packages here too https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/oxygen/r

Hi,
I tried it briefly and was able to set the target platform, but I couldn't find the Run Configuration that would start the language server (I'm pretty rusty with eclipse, there's probably an easy way to start the server anyway, but I couldn't wrap my head around it given the little time I had).
Regarding the PR, I have, frankly, no idea what the URLs of the new build servers would be to download the Xtext distributions, otherwise I would have provided a PR.
