hope to add ignore file/dir list parameter

I hope to add a parameter that specifies a file to store the ignore list; such as ignore.list, the content is:
.git/
configs/
.gitignore
test.sh
secret_key.txt

Might be cool but would require some rigorous testing as it's a security implication. Would you like to give it a shot?
