Check https://ci.appveyor.com/project/XhmikosR/grunt-svg-sprite

I can provide a PR to add AppVeyor support as long as you add AppVeyor for this repo and ping me.

OK, I think I narrowed it down to svg2png; something goes wrong in its phantomjs execFile call.

This whole issue is weird :/ The individual modules all work fine on the same machine, same OS.

Can this issue be caused by ImageMagick version differences?

It's due to svg2png -> phantomjs and DPI on Windows.

Tests seem to work now on main.
