为插件设置忽略统计文件后，点击思源笔记顶栏该插件的icon没有反应，无法正常使用

截图中的test是已存在的笔记页，如下

PS：大佬可否另加一个忽略特定笔记本的功能，类似于输入某笔记本的ID，就可以忽略对该笔记本下所有笔记页新增内容块的统计
