#358 (comment) mentions allowing one to specify world generation parameters (including the seed) via the UI, which could be an extension of #1010.

I'm going through and cleaning up/elaborating on some old issues, and I'm really not sure what this one is supposed to be about. @kostmo, do you remember, or should we just close it?
