External monitors blank on hotplugging #3797

From time to time, after I hotplug my external monitors, they are blank (with cursor visible, so perhaps black is a better description). When this happens, I usually have to restart Sway to make them work, though sometimes unplugging and replugging or reloading Sway multiple times works. Attaching log. I ended the log soon after hotplugging and monitors being blank and trying a couple of reloads.

I think I may have narrowed this a bit. I think this seems to be happening when one of the firefox tabs has video content in it. I've also noticed that when I fullscreen youtube videos in the browser on one monitor, the windows on the other external monitor seems to not redraw, leaving patches of blank. I wonder if these are related.

EDIT: closing firefox and replugging, brings the monitors back.

I think I have steps to reproduce this. I'll open a separate issue.
