In a default sway setup, the cursor is visible by default in applications. Applications can however optionally hide the cursor or use their own cursor.
Sway has a seat option that allows you to globally hide the default cursor. However, there is no way to have specific applications always show the cursor when hide_cursor is set (some custom cursors are persistent, but others get hidden following the hide_cursor rule).
Would it be possbile to have a per application force_cursor rule to override the hide_cursor seat configuration?
