Linux arch-desktop 5.19.3-zen1-1-zen sway version 1.8-dev-6e023257 (Aug 20 2022, branch 'master')

When using swaymsg to change monitor max refresh rate (because 165hz overclock mode is only good for games) the refresh rate gets locked (as reported by monitor OSD).

swaymsg -t get_outputs still lists "Adaptive sync: enabled" Monitor OSD also lists its as enabled.
trying to toggle it with swaymsg "output DP-1 adaptive_sync off" does not work.

Restarting sway doesn't fix it, power-cycling the monitor doesn't fix it. Only a system reboot works.
