Certain window sizes cause text misrendering

  At certain window sizes, text rendering gets wonky and it makes it hard to read. Here are a few examples on Chrome; I have also seen it in firefox and foot:

It happens only with fractional scaling using the nearest filter, and depending on the scaling factor, it can occur horizontally or vertically. A similar problem arises with the linear filter, but in that case, the text becomes blurry instead.

Hyprland used to have the same issue (hyprwm/Hyprland#4548). This is their fix: hyprwm/Hyprland@4b4bd90
