Changes: * moved all data previously displayed in columns into a single table * moved person-supplied data (like knowledge domains, lessons or languages) up in the table so that they're with other supplied data (ORCID etc.) * added training requests list By person-supplied data I understand data coming from auto-profile-update form or from instructor profile update form.
The test wasn't going to be useful when we switched from <p> to <pre> and "No notes" to "—" for displaying notes.

This fixes #1288.
