Reference instructions on why to create a git repo for a RStudio project #842

In the instructions on how to set up a new RStudio project, the recommendation is to create a git repo for this project. The instructions don't say anything about what that means.

Later in this lesson there is a reference to the importance of version control. The instructions above on why to use git could also reference this section, so that users understand what it means to create a git repo.
