目前发现的情况是，出现网络异常的时候，公告就会白屏，但是其它(作业，博文栏目)的不会，而且不能刷新，返回重新进入班级也不行，无法刷新，只有添加新的公告才可以。可能是没有缓存的原因吧，是否可以添加一个刷新按钮
