We're using it in our ShellOut fork. We need to move to whatever the replacement is in the new Foundation package once it's there.

Closing this as it's not currently actionable. We'll need its replacement via the new Foundation package. TSC will also be around for quite a while yet so nothing to worry about for the moment.
