TL;DR

https://api.github.com/installations/:installation_id/access_tokens is being deprecated in favor of https://api.github.com/app/installations/:installation_id/access_tokens .

This is resolved in @octokit/rest v15.11.0, which hasn't yet made its way into probot 👀

EDIT: Yes it has: probot/probot#681 🎉
