无法启动vpn #63

这个报错似乎经常出现，但并未找到具体原因和触发条件，经测试，先开启其他vpn，再开启hin2n，会把其他vpn冲掉，但是自己也无法启动，且似乎接下来一段时间内都无法启动，即别的vpn可以冲掉它后正常使用，但它冲掉别的vpn后就无法正常使用。报错内容简洁但并不很明了，不太看得出具体哪里出问题

好像是随机mac地址问题，已经解决
