Deluge v2.x daemon will not start. No module named 'deluge.libtorrent'

What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install package 'sudo box install deluge v2.x'
2. Go to 'deluge web url'
3. Error 'Daemon will not start'

Expected results: Running Deluge app.
