Convert Cathook steam bot IDs to LMAObox playerlist IDs
Usage
Make a text file named "ids.txt" in the same directory as the script
put your IDs in there
run the script (select 0 for Cathook, 1 for Lmaobox)
your IDs will be in IgnoreList.lua or cat_ids.cfg
