Duplicate entry in Windows 11's Default apps list #282

I first downloaded the 7z package to try JPEGView out before installing the msi version. But I suspect that may have caused duplicate entries in the "Default apps" list in Windows 11. How can I remove the entry for the non msi version which I'm no longer using?

Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is the correct way to do it but I uninstalled JPEGView, did some searching through Windows Registry, and Kagi-ing the JPEGView remnants I found.

Looking at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/shell/default-programs I tried deleting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > RegisteredApplications > JPEGView and that seem to have removed the remaining JPEGView item in the Default Apps list.
