Questionable symbol definitions

Some symbols may be questionable, either they are in a try except or inside an if statement. Often this is applied to imports for compatibility. It would be good to list those symbols as questionable since they may or may not exist and we shouldn't consider them "bad" if we can't match them. Also this will help us when we try to produce pins, since pkgs with no overlap may serve both outcomes (eg Qt4 and 5).
