Rethink Doctrone PostLoad widget strategy

Do we really need it attached to the widget itself? The widget renderer should be able to take care of this and load it when needed instead of on every time. This would remove loading any widget strategies and thus any dependencies that were required by it. It could only be loaded on the sub-requests when the content is actually rendered.
