Is it possible to get bounced emails with SOAP?

Expected behavior

I would like to get bounced email information through SOAP, either by email or full list. I need to update the external system which is currently the main source of subscriptions.

Actual behavior

The WSDL, documentation, and code seem quite misleading. It should return such information. For example, there is a which(), that should return info for the given user, but it does not accept any arguments and I assume it returns logged-in user information. So I don't have any way to get that information.
