Additional error message needed in case there is no page at all - right now, this incomplete message is displayed:

I'd say the sentence would be fine without the commas.

I think the space between the commas has traditionally printed the URL of the missing page.

We just discussed this internally: the problem might be that it's the index page that doesn't exist – so we are at / which seems to result in an empty string.
(The install doesn't have any pages yet and thus no index page.)

As I mentioned above, we are at the site's root so I guess the page name is empty – Tony's pull request should fix the problem.
