When a section has no fields, Create New leads to an error

When viewing a section with no fields, two things look a bit broken:

1. The paragraph is tight
2. The Create New (entry) button causes a 500 error. Should it be hidden?
3. "Click here" text MUST DIE

The button could be labled "Create fields" and redirect to the section editor. This would also make the link in the copy superfluous.

Agreed. I checked everywhere else and the convention is to use the greyed out "None found." when there is nothing to display. We already have the "Edit Section" button, so I think the extra button is superfluous.
